Availability of water, power and Land
There is one overhead tank existing on the site.
We have taken electricity connection to our Site office.
26.82 Acres of Contiguous Land is already in possession of the company.
Land transfer and registration in the name of the Company has been completed.
Mutations and Non-
We are actively involved in preparation of Master plan (ready for submission) and Demarcation of site etc. Highway entry permission has been received from National Highway Authority of India.
After master plan and Building plans Construction can begin. Nodal Authority for execution of project is Development Commissioners office/STPI for the purposes of all routine approvals and all exemptions and benefits.
The proposed SEZ land has been surrounded by a boundary wall.
Existing structure demolished as per Condition in formal Approval.
We have also built up a Site office and Guard room in the proposed SEZ land.
A grant for extension has been obtained from the government and the construction is expected to start in August 2013 and the project is expected to be completed by the end of the year 2015.
